Our goal is to be more than a training and wellness platform - but to truly build community and be a resource for athletes and coaches around the world. We will be hosting monthly clinic hours and masterclasses, as well as both online and in-person workshops and camps! You can also book us to come to your training group, business, or school to help educate and build the foundation to a healthier and better training environment for your staff and clients. Including strength and mobility periodization and adaptation specific to sport/lifestyle, prehab and rehab protocols, and balancing all the pillars of health: training, mindset, nutrition, and sleep!
Biomechanics, Posture, and the Pelvic Floor for Runners!
Coach Renee and Coach Juli are leading a special live, in-person clinic at Riverbend Park at 10:15 am on Saturday, with a social run beforehand on the river trail from 9:15-10:15! The clinic will be 60-75 mins and include filming of your stride with specific feedback and functional movement screening tests! You will learn about the minimizing the forces on your body, how to correctly engage your pelvic floor (great as a pre-run activation as well!), and proper posture and alignment that you can take to everyday life!
